Personal Experience

Abasi Major represents people who have been injured through no fault of their own. Abasi is an advocate for victims of car accidents, 18 wheelers accidents, and assaults. Abasi’s practice focuses on representing individuals against some of the largest insurance companies in the world. Abasi enjoys representing Plaintiffs.

Prior to focusing on representing Plaintiffs in their injury claims, Abasi tried lawsuits in state and federal courts with an emphasis on complex litigation. Abasi is one of a few lawyers who handled complex civil and complex criminal litigation. Abasi’s experience as both a civil and criminal advocate give him an insight that very few lawyers possess. Abasi’s prior experience as a criminal defense lawyer provided him with special insight on how to investigate claims. Abasi uses that experience to build compelling cases for those who have been injured and help them receive the just compensation for their claims.
